This store consistently falls below the mark. The customer service isn't of an acceptable standard, especially within an airport. The staff are constantly distracted and don't prioritise the customer or their needs. The restaurant usually contains waste and unattended baggage, these issues should be addressed immediately. The product quality is poor and obviously exceeds it's hold time by plenty, training should be a priority for the management of this store.

The boards say it is open 24 hours but at 11 pm only the drive through is open and the restaurant is closed ! Poor communication and not a good business decision to close such an important venue near the airport where a lot of people expect to have a meal I was parked for 15 minutes and McDonald's you disappointed more than 20 people within this short time At least have a notice indicating that only the drive through is open !
