  I don't know why my mother still attends your store - came home today with almond bread that was as dry as bricks - not the pre-packed - the $30.00 !!! per kg variety. Also, the custard in the cakes was lacking lemon zest. I guess you purchased the other reviews ?? Don't buy your bday cakes from here - don't waste your time P.S. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave it blank :(

  If I could leave them below 1 star review I would. I payed a deposit for a cake last week and during the time since, changed my mind to a desert table as plans had changed. I called and spoke to someone and explained the situation and was hoping to change the deposit of the cake towards something else and pay the difference. She rudely kept saying no as that was not their policy. I was really upset as I have now lost my deposit and was more than happy to pay more to have cupcakes made instead. I'm a student and work part time so that was a large amount of money for me.

  VERY POOR SERVICE - We have been going to Eiffel Tower for our cakes for years now and they have been pretty good and only on a few occasions has the cake not been completely as it should be. However, I just recently ordered a birthday cake for my mother who was celebrating her 80th Birthday and we had quite a big party for her. I ordered a cake and it was actually quite expensive but we didn't mind. When I went to pick up the cake, I was horrified when I saw that the cake that I ordered was nothing like what was infront of me. They said that they only make the cakes as close as possible when fresh flowers are involved but this cake still looked nothing like it. In a panic they took it to the back and redid the flowers. I also was very nervous at this point. The cake looked better but for me that is certainly not good enough. The store is just way too rushed and hectic when you are trying to order a cake for that special occasion. I will be searching for a cake else where in the future. VERY POOR SERVICE
